Ten Days Late is an all-female punk rock band born out of Vancouver's '90s scene. After sharing stages with the likes of Blink-182, Rancid and SNFU, the band is back—playing live, writing new music and proving that punk doesn't come with an expiry date.

Ten Days Late came out of Vancouver's punk scene in 1993 with loud guitars, big hooks and absolutely no interest in behaving themselves.

The all-female band built a reputation through energetic live shows, sharing stages with bands including Blink-182, Rancid and SNFU and appearing at Snow Jam for five years during its original run.

Then life happened.

After more than two decades apart, Ten Days Late found their way back to each other—and back to the stage.

The reunion isn't about recreating 1993. Ten Days Late is writing new music, playing new shows and bringing three decades of life experience to the same raw, melodic punk energy that started it all.

Part '90s Vancouver punk, part garage rock and part hook-heavy rock 'n' roll, Ten Days Late sits somewhere in the neighbourhood of the Ramones, Blondie, L7 and The Donnas—while sounding unmistakably like themselves.

The whole story…

Formed in 1993 in Vancouver, BC, Ten Days Late emerged from the underground with a sound that fuses the no-frills energy of the Ramones, the snarling edge of L7, and the melodic bite of Blondie and Garbage. From the beginning, the band carved out their own lane — fast, loud, and unashamedly fun, but always sharp enough to cut through the noise.

Through the 90s, Ten Days Late built momentum with relentless touring and explosive shows, sharing stages with punk heavyweights like Blink-182, SNFU, and Rancid. They became a fixture at Snow Jam, performing five years in a row, and cemented themselves as a must-see act in the Canadian punk landscape.

In 1994, TDL released the single Go With the Flow on 7” Vinyl featuring Getaway on A side and Death Reggae on B side.

In 1995, they released Out of Tune on 7”, featuring Out of Tune on A side and Helicopter Head on B side. The record was mixed by assistant engineer Ian Jones.

The band released their first full length CD, Sticky Flytrap in 1996, mixed by legendary Garth Richardson. This was released on 2112 Records and features fan favourites Bender, Clothes, Soap and Getaway, the video for which was featured regularly on Much Music’s, The Wedge hosted by legendary VJ Sook-Yin Lee.

Known for their high-octane performances — sweaty, chaotic, and fiercely magnetic — Ten Days Late create the kind of shows where fists pump, voices scream, and nobody is left standing still. Their songs strike the balance between grit and melody, rebellion and release, capturing the spirit of punk while adding their own modern edge.

Three decades on, Ten Days Late are proving they’re louder and bolder than ever. With a coveted slot at Red Bridge Fest 2025 and new music recorded by Jason Solyom ready to blast, the band shows no signs of slowing down.
